The project owner, general contractor, prime contractor, or other responsible project company selects and contracts directly with the contractor performing the work. Build Network does not perform construction, employ the contractor’s workforce, control the means and methods of construction, award the contract, or receive project funds from the project owner.
Build Network may support organized communication and documentation coordination, but each party remains responsible for its own evaluation, agreements, obligations, and project decisions.
