These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of buildnetworkus.com and to any request or submission you send to Build Network through this website. Build Network, LLC, doing business as Build Network (“Build Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a Florida limited liability company and a contractor sourcing and verification partner serving project teams in the United States.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of this website. By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you submit information on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information.
These Terms govern website use only. Submitting a project request does not create a service contract between Build Network and the project owner or project team. Submitting information also does not obligate any party to enter into a business relationship, make an introduction, award work, or execute a project agreement.
Business Use and Eligibility
This website is intended for business and commercial use. It is directed to project teams and to contracting companies, including owners and their representatives, general contractors, construction managers, developers, and facility, commercial, and industrial operators. It is not intended for individual residential homeowners or residential repair requests. You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or for the company you represent.
Build Network’s Role
Build Network is a contractor sourcing and verification partner. We help project teams identify, evaluate, and connect with contractor companies that appear aligned with a specific scope of work.
Build Network does not perform construction work. Build Network does not supply workers or labor. Build Network does not act as a general contractor, subcontractor, employer, construction manager, insurer, or guarantor. This website is not an open bidding platform, an employment agency, or a staffing company.
Project Requests
When you submit a project request, you are asking Build Network to review your requirements and, where we are able, to identify a contractor company that appears aligned with each required scope or trade. Submitting a project request does not obligate Build Network to accept the request, to present any company, or to continue a search. We may decline or discontinue a request at our discretion, including where the scope, location, timing, or requirements fall outside what we are able to support.
Contractor Network Submissions
Contractor companies may submit company information for review. Submitting the Contractor Network form does not create any obligation for Build Network to accept a company into the contractor network, to present a company to a project team, to arrange introductions, or to provide projects or work of any kind. Please do not submit licenses, insurance certificates, tax forms, banking information, or other sensitive documents through the public forms on this website.
Verification and Qualification Process
Our review may consider relevant project experience, applicable active licenses, general liability and workers’ compensation coverage status, available workforce and crew capacity, tools and equipment, geographic service area and willingness to travel, availability and production capacity, and alignment with a project’s requirements. Requirements can vary by project and by jurisdiction.
Our review is based in part on information and documentation supplied by the companies themselves and on sources available to us at the time of review. It is a commercially reasonable review. Our review may include checking the reported status of applicable licenses, insurance, experience, workforce, equipment, geographic coverage, availability, and other project-specific qualifications. This review is not a governmental certification, professional audit, legal opinion, safety inspection, financial audit, background investigation, or guarantee of future performance.
Project teams remain responsible for their final due diligence before entering into a direct agreement with a contractor.
No Guarantee of Selection or Project Award
Build Network does not guarantee that a suitable candidate will be found, that any contractor will be selected, that any project will be awarded, that any introduction will take place, or that any business relationship will produce specific results, pricing, schedules, or outcomes.
Independent Contractors and Direct Agreements
Contractor companies identified or presented through Build Network are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Build Network. The project team evaluates the contractor independently and, if both parties decide to proceed, contracts directly with the contractor. Build Network is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the performance, workmanship, scheduling, safety, licensing, insurance, payment, or conduct of any contractor or project team.
Submitting a form or communicating with us does not by itself create a contractual relationship, an employment relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency relationship, and does not create any obligation to present, engage, or hire any company.
A project owner or project team is not required to enter into a separate service agreement with Build Network merely to submit a project request or evaluate a contractor introduction.
Accuracy of Submitted Information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it. Contractor companies are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information, licenses, insurance coverage, workforce, equipment, and capabilities, and for telling us promptly when something changes. We may rely on the information you provide, and we may decline or discontinue a review if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Confidentiality and Project Information
Project information is handled through a private, targeted process. We share project details only when it is reasonably necessary to evaluate a possible connection, and we share only what is reasonably needed for that evaluation. We are not able to guarantee the confidentiality practices of any third party who receives information in that process. If your project requires formal confidentiality protections, please tell us before sending sensitive details so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Where Build Network and a contractor company enter into a separate written agreement, that agreement governs and takes precedence over these general website Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit information on behalf of a company without authorization
- Use this website to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from this website by automated means
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, our accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of this website
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Use information received through Build Network for any purpose other than evaluating the specific opportunity for which it was shared
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including its text, layout, graphics, and the Build Network name and logo, is owned by Build Network, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this website’s content, and you may not use the Build Network name or logo, without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where a separate written agreement between Build Network and a contractor company addresses liability, that written agreement controls with respect to that relationship.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Build Network, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unauthorized or unlawful use of this website, your material submission of false or misleading information, your lack of authority to submit information on behalf of another company, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Build Network’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Separate written agreements between Build Network and a contractor company may establish different controlling provisions with respect to that relationship.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date. Changes become effective when posted, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
