ABOUT BUILD NETWORK
A More Direct Way to Find the Right Contractor.
Build Network helps U.S. project teams identify and evaluate contractors whose workforce, experience, equipment, coverage, and credentials align with the requirements of each project.

Built Around Better Contractor Decisions
Traditional open-bid platforms can leave project teams sorting through numerous responses without knowing which companies are truly prepared for the work.
Build Network takes a more focused approach. We review the project requirements, search our nationwide contractor network, and evaluate potential contractors before making an introduction. Our objective is not to present the longest list. It is to identify the contractor best aligned with the work.
Build Network does not perform construction work directly. We support contractor sourcing, verification, documentation coordination, and organized communication between the parties.
Build Network serves companies and professional project teams. We do not source contractors for individual residential homeowners.
A Focused, Project-Specific Process
Project-Specific Sourcing
Every search begins with the project’s location, scope, trades, production requirements, workforce needs, equipment, schedule, and operating conditions.
Contractor Verification
We review relevant experience, active licensing when required, insurance, workforce capacity, equipment, service area, availability, and alignment with the project.
Focused Introduction
We prioritize fit over volume and present the contractor that most closely aligns with the documented project requirements.
Confidential Coordination
Project information and contractor details are handled through an organized and confidential evaluation process before an introduction is made.
Owned and Led by the People Behind the Process
Build Network is jointly owned and operated by Michelle Batista and Peter Camacho. Both owners remain directly involved in the company’s strategy, operations, project support, contractor relationships, and client communication.

What Guides Our Work
Qualification Before Introduction
We evaluate alignment before connecting a contractor with a project team.
Fit Over Volume
We focus on the strongest project-specific alignment rather than presenting an unnecessary list of companies.
Clear Project Requirements
Accurate project information helps contractors evaluate the opportunity and allows us to conduct a more relevant search.
Confidentiality and Professional Communication
Sensitive project and contractor information is handled carefully throughout the evaluation process.
Nationwide Reach, Project-Specific Focus
Our network supports searches across the United States while every evaluation remains centered on the requirements of the individual project.
Tell Us What Your Project Requires.
Share the essential details of your commercial, civil, utility, infrastructure, industrial, or multi-trade project. Build Network will review the requirements and begin identifying contractors aligned with the work.
Project support and communication are available in English and Spanish.
